CALIFORNIA, USA — Tony Parker’s San Antonio Spurs jersey number 9 will soon join his partners Manu Ginobili and Tim Duncan at the rafters of the AT&T Center come November 11.

The ceremony will take place on their home game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Ginobili got his retirement jersey last season while Duncan had his on 2016. Parker will be the 10th Spurs player to go up along with some NBA legends, David Robinson, Bruce Bowen, et. al.

Parker played a total of 17 NBA season with San Antonio including winning four NBA Championships. In 2007, he became the first European player to earn a finals MVP award.

Part of his NBA resume was his 6x All-Star appearances and one of the five elite players to record 17,000 points along with 7,000 assists. He joined the company of LeBron James, Oscar Robertson, Gary Payton, and John Stockton.

The awardee was a 28th first rounder pick by the Spurs in the 2001 draft class and has proven his worth in the league.

Parker also holds the most number of dimes in Spurs history with 6,829. He sits second with the most number of games played with 1,198 while also being the four highest scorers with 18, 943.

In a twist of fate, Parker spent his last season in the NBA with the Charlotte Hornets
