Tyson Fury was hyped during the grand arrival at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas ahead of their much-awaited rematch of fellow heavyweight giant and WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder.
The title of the lineal heavyweight champion will also be on the line come Saturday night but the Gypsy King Fury seemed not pressured on defending his title as well as taking Wilder’s WBC belt after predicting an early knockout victory.
“One hundred percent, second round,” Fury claimed after being asked if he still believes in what he said at the previous press conference.
Both gentlemen have a lot to lose on the rematch after their controversial split draw on 2018. The Bronze Boomer Wilder will be defending his belt for the 11th time after his recent victory against the King Kong Luis Ortiz in a stunning seventh-round knockout. Meanwhile, Fury will also put his lineal title on the line despite some claiming his title is just a fiction.
Fury won three belts after defeating Wladimir Klitschko in 2015 but lost all of it after a three-year absence. He claimed that the belts were not lost in the ring but due to his retirement after struggling with depression.
