Mark Cuban, a billionaire and the owner of the Dallas Mavericks, had his eyes on the possible effect of the suspension of games of the NBA to his employees in the arena.
Cuban insisted he will develop a program for his hourly employees to keep their income flowing despite the halting of games.
“The Mavs will work with our and the arenas hourly employees to make sure they continue to have income,” said Cuban in an interview with The Athletics.
The move of the Mavs owner was lauded across the globe as he continue to keep his good reputation in firm.
Stunning as it maybe, Cuban told the press that the immediate decision was the right thing to do for the league.
He also hopes that his fellow owners will replicate his intention in helping those who are more needy than the players and coaches.
