It is about “Dame Time” for Portland Trail Blazers franchise player Damian Lillard as the widely popular NBA 2k revealed him as the first of the three cover athletes for the upcoming 2k21 video game.
Put on the cover was the title “Everything is Dame.”
“This is a special moment for me in my NBA career. I’ve been a fan of NBA 2k for years and love how they represent all aspects of basketball culture,” Lillard said.
“I’m an avid 2k player so I’m honoured to join the other NBA greats who have been on the cover. I’m grateful to all my fans and can’t wait for everyone to experience the game later this year.”
Although Portland only won 29 wins with 37 losses before the season was halted, Lillard was on a zone putting up monsters numbers to average career high numbers in 28.9 points and 7.8 assists per game.
