The unified light welterweight champion Josh Taylor quickly became a hot name after calling out the only eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao.
Taylor with a record of 16 wins and no defeat can still be considered as a newbie compared to Pacquiao’s resume of 62 wins, seven defeats and two draws.
While he treated the fighting senator as his childhood hero, Taylor insisted it would be better if he could take the head of the Philippine pride.
“Manny Pacquiao is my hero. To share the ring with my hero would be brilliant. It would be amazing. That would be a dream come true in itself sharing the ring with Manny Pacquiao. Obviously once you get in there you go in there to take his head off. I would love to fight my hero it would be brilliant,” Taylor said
