Kevin Durant and three other Brooklyn Nets are the recent addition of NBA players who tested positive of the pandemic novel coronavirus.

The result of the team’s screening for the virus came out today as the Nets released an official statement regarding the situation.

One player is showing symptoms of the virus while Durant and the two other players who have not yet named are asymptomatic.

“Everyone be careful, take care of yourself and quarantine. We’re going to get through this,” Durant said on an interview with the Athletic.

The NBA has suspended its season after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive.

Soon after, his teammate and all-star Donovan Mitchell came out positive as well followed by Detroit Pistons rookie center Christian Woods.

As of the current writing there are now seven cases of novel coronavirus in the NBA, all are players.
