Manny ‘Pacman’ Pacquiao has a new suitor inside the boxing ring as Amir Khan called out the only eight-division champion in boxing to fight him next in Qatar.
Khan, the former WBA and IBF welterweight title-holder wanted to have another shot for a belt in the division after two title fight defeats from Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez and Terrence ‘Bud’ Crawford.
“I want to fight against Manny Pacquiao, he’s the champion. I want to reach the level that I can fight against anyone without fearing anything,” he said in an interview with beIN Sports.
“Why don’t Qatar host the event, as it’s already prepared for the 2022 World Cup? I love Qatar and I loved my last stay there,” he added wherein be beat Billy Dib.
Pacquiao, meanwhile, has yet to response to Khan as he continue to provide help and fulfilll his duty as Senator of the Philippines during the crisis brought by the coronavirus.
