Both all-star posted double-double with Davis torching the stat sheet with his 37 points and 13 rebounds along with four steals, two assists and two blocks.

Meanwhile, the 35-year old James continues to reign with his 22 points, 14 assists, seven boards and two swats.

The Lakers capitalized a strong second quarter to separate with the 76ers who played without their all-stars Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. Starting point guard Josh Richardson also sit out.

Glen Robinson III, acquired from the Golden State Warriors recently, played his best game in a Philly uniform so far with 25 points followed by Tobias Harris’ 18 markers.

The victory gives the Lakers its 47th win in 13 defeats to keep the strong grip for the top spot in the western conference as the 76ers continued their road woes (9-23) for a 37-25 win-lose card.
