NBA Commissioner Adam Silver handed the league’s decision regarding the suspension of games due to corona virus on his appearance to TNT.
Silver told that the NBA would be likely out for 30 days for the protection of both players and fans.
The decision was made after he and other high officials along with some owners met last night.
The league was shocked to its core yesterday when the games were suspended after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive for the widespread corona virus.
Hours later, after the entire team was tested, Donovan Mitchell tested positive as well.
Filipino baller Jordan Clarkson was spared after the result came back negative.
All personnel are now taking precautionary actions and test to keep track and stop the spread of the pandemic disease originated from China.
