Tyler Herro, the 13th overall pick of the 2020 draft by the Miami Heat turned superman in their game 4 against the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference, 112-109, to go one win away in reaching the NBA Finals.
The youngest player on the floor, at 20 year old, stole the spotlight over the veterans and the All-Stars as he erupted for 37 points 6 rebounds, three assists including five three-pointers.
The brilliant showing of the former Kentucky Wildcat has been heard across the globe as he displayed tremendous poise and confidence in the playoffs, eastern finals to be precise.
Herro already led the scorers in the first half with 15 points before dropping another 22 points in the final half.
Aside from him, three more Heat players reached the 20-point mark; Jimmy Butler with 24 points including clutch free-throws to seal the game, GoranDragic with 22 markers and Bam Adebayo with 20.
The Erik Spoelstra-led squad has been breaking expectations as they are now one win away from the NBA Finals. They were not the favourites in the prediction but they prove everybody wrong.
The last time Miami was on the NBA Finals was during the big three era of LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in 2014.
For the Boston Celtics, high expectations are slowly turning into frustration as they are on the verge of being eliminated in the conference finals twice in three years.
All-Star Jayson Tatum led the green-and-white jerseys with 28 points, all in the second half, followed by the 21 points of Jaylen Brown and the 20 pieces from Kemba Walker.
