This time its the boxing artist trying to make his way to the octagon.
Dillian Whyte, boxing’s former world heavyweight champion opened up on stepping inside the MMA cage in the near future on a podcast.
The first cross-fight between the two sports first turned into reality when Conor McGregor fought Floyd Mayweather Jr., in 2017, a massive payday.
However, contrary to McGregor who had no experience in boxing, Whyte was a two-time British Kickboxing champion making his MMA appearance a probability rather than just a talk.
He expressed his intention to Dana White, the head of the Ultimate Figthing Championship (UFC) before calling out several heavyweight contenders in the league.
Whyte was supposed to box with Alexander Povetkin in May 2nd before it was suspended.
