DAZN will feature future superstar Vergil Ortiz Jr for its boxing comeback on July 24 against the veteran Samuel Vargas.
Ortiz who has an impressive unblemished record of 15 wins, all via knockouts while has 31 wins with 14 Kos, five defeats and two draws.
The young blood is on pace to be the top contender for a fight against welterweight stars Errol Spence Jr., or Terrence Crawford.
The event is in collaboration with the Golden Boy Promotions and will be their first event since the pandemic occurred.
Golden Boy led by Oscar De la Hoya also added that he is planning to land a middleweight opponent for his top fighter Canelo Alvarez this week.
The pound-for-pound king last fought Sergey Kovalev in November to claim the light heavyweight title via knockout.
